Sijo James W Demile Seminar 6th April 2008 held at the Spirit Wing Chun Gwoon North London. Sijo James is the Founder of Wing Chun Do, his training is the Scientific approach how to achieve, the 0ne & three Inch Power Punch. Sijo James, trained with Bruce Lee in the year 1959, before Bruce Lee became famous with his JKD.
